Across four transformative sessions, this course explores ancient wisdom and practical tools for cultivating clarity, self-love, and deep release.
Each session blends guided meditation, Dharma talks, and reflective practices, drawing from ancient traditions with the benefit of modern and practical interpretations.
Whether you’re new to meditation or deepening your practice, this course invites you to explore the Monkey Mind, the Witness Attitude, The Art of Loving Yourself and the Art of Letting Go. Join us as we weave timeless teachings with real-world relevance – creating space for inner peace, resilience, and self-realization in today’s complex world.

Tania Vazquez
Tania is a 500 hr Akhanda - RYT, based in Edmonton, AB.
As part of her training, Tania has completed 50 hours of Yin Yoga, 25 hours of Meditation and most recently, 25 hrs of Yoga Nidra Training. Tania has also participated in a variety of workshops related to somatic movement and interoception.
In her practice she incorporates the nourishing qualities of mantra chanting, pranayama techniques and intuitive movement.
Her sessions foster a safe space for inner attunement and connection to the Self and the elements.
